If your aim is to offer your children the opportunity to become bilingual our local village has a good primary and junior school and plenty of things to do for children in the area. We offer the opportunity to rent for a number of months and can accomodate the start of the school academic year. In order to reduce the bureaucracy of your stay the monthly price includes all utilities and supply of wood for the large woodburning stove. This will facilitate a relaxed stay and allow you time to enjoy this beautiful region.

Set In a tranquil location this luxury home in burgundy enjoys fabulous views over the Morvan National Park, Burgundy France. This luxury Burgundy home is within walking distance to a pretty market town with good restaurants, a small weekly market, large monthly market & all necessary amenities. There are plenty of things to do nearby including golf, cycling, canoe hire, windsurfing, sailing, water skiing and white-water rafting. Other options for things to do is a French Grand Prix Circuit just a 40 mins drive away and water sports are available on Lac des Settons. There are a number of historic cities to visit for day trips including Beaune, Dijon and Autun.

Outside: Large garden 1.5 acres with orchard, walled herb and soft fruit garden. To the front of the property there is a Boules Court and ample parking. The house faces a quiet one-way country lane. There are excellent dog walks from the house with wonderful views across the Morvan National Park. There are also numerous cycle routes from the property. We have a gardener who will attend during the spring to carry out general gardening and grass cutting.
