Combing modern luxury with a contemporary decor, this fully equipped apartment is convenient for everything (Including air conditioning, WIFI, Cable TV, Washing Machine, Dryer, Heating and Hair Dryer).Towels and bed linen are provided.
The property comprises 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 1 double bed sofa (160 cm) in the living room, an open plan kitchen/living area and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils ( plus induction cooker, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven/microwave, dishwasher etc). There is also an iron and ironing board for use.
It is a wonderful location, just 2 minute walking distance to the beach and a few minutes´ walk to bars, shops and restaurants. There is secure paid parking available just a minute away. Despite its´ central location, the apartment is very peaceful and quiet.
