This property is as beautiful as the pictures - a rarity in my experience - and ample for a party of six. The view is sensational, the house is very comfortable and equipped with the best appliances and equipment. The swimming pool is huge with a wonderful sea view too. The caretaker is extremely helpful and willing to do everything necessary to make our stay memorable. There are small coves and lovely little places to swim all along the coast as well as a number of good restaurants. If we ever return to the south of France, we will most definitely try to stay here.

Our stay was perfect. The villa is a credit to the owners. It is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and stocked with all you need for a wonderful holiday. The view from everywhere – living room, the 4 bedrooms and the terraces – is magnificent and we spent most evenings watching the boats out at sea. The pool is great and deep with an amazing view too and you can dive in, which our kids loved. There are also plenty of sun loungers to laze on. The area is very quiet with a safe neighborhood. Finding something else that is just as perfect will be hard to do!

Beautiful villa, exactly as depicted on the website, in a fantastic location, with stunning views of the sea. Easy walk into the centre of Les Issambres with many local amenities. Very easy to get around the surrounding area, with a wide range of activities available to suit all tastes.
The villa itself is extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, with a spacious terrace and a well maintained pool. Inside it is very well equipped, with everything you might possibly want, a real home from home! The local caretaker is very helpful and readily available if required and the owner is very responsive and helpful. In short - highly recommended!

Perfection! Exactly as described
Our family of 9, including our baby, had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful villa recently. Upon arrival the weather was beautiful, which firstly highlighted the amazing pool which sits overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez. We have spent many wonderful days enjoying this gorgeous view; you just do not tire of it. The pool and villa were spotlessly clean and there were plentiful loungers/seating for us all to enjoy and have our own space. The inside of the villa is excellent. There is everything you could ask for comfort wise. All of the rooms were very clean and tidy; the beds are very comfortable and we all slept very well during our stay. We spent a couple of mornings at the beach which is very clean. The water is lovely and clear. Our kids enjoyed all the sailing activities. We would without a doubt return, though next time we would love another week instead of just one.

The views from all rooms and the pool are amazing. It is a peaceful location with just a short walk down to the beach. The property itself is furnished to a high standard, it is spacious and comfortable and will suit large family groups or those seeking to get away from it all. It is clean and well maintained and has all of the essentials available to enable you to live as if you were at home. All the bedrooms have got comfortable large beds and opening onto a terrace overlooking the sea. The outside seating and pool area is very private. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and have thought of everything you might need in a villa. Everything was well organized and easy with regards to the booking. It takes just over an hour from Nice airport to get there. This is a magical place, highly recommended.

The description of the property was just spot on, excellent accommodation and facilities, a perfect base to explore the towns along the Cote d’Azur. Also close to local beaches, restaurants and bars when you don’t want to venture too far.
The accommodation is very well set out and delightfully furnished. It was ideal for our two families with the 2 independent levels- felt like we had plenty of room. The view across to St Tropez is astounding, we spent a number of early evenings out on the terrace with a refreshing drink watching the world go by.
We have great memories of the holiday and would definitely like to visit again.

Great villa in a stunning location, website description does not do this nice property justice. It is a must if you are looking for a magnificent setting with accommodation for 8 people. Resting by the pool or simply relaxing overlooking St Tropez this property has it all. Great location, short distance to Les Issambres which has bars, restaurants and local shops and of course St Tropez is just across the bay, just take the ferry. We have and would recommend this gorgeous villa and hope to return again soon.

Just fell in love with this Villa and the area as soon as we arrived! Stunning views, beautiful villa and garden, amazing pool! We spent a week here and didn’t want to leave! Short walk to stunning beaches, restaurants, shops and water sports - everything you need is here! Champagne and homemade jam on arrival just a lovely touch. Très belle villa avec vue imprenable sur la mer. La décoration et l'équipement de la villa sont d'excellente qualité et tout le nécessaire est à disposition, tout le monde y trouve son compte ( des plus petits avec une bibliothèque bien fournie, jeux de société, de l'espace, en passant par les ados qui peuvent bénéficier d'un espace qui leur est dédié au rez de jardin avec à disposition enceinte, lumières etc et enfin les adultes pour qui la configuration de la maison et son équipement sont idéaux avec deux terrasses et possibilité de cuisiner à l'extérieur). L'espace piscine est également très agréable.

Une très bonne adresse et les propriétaires ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueillis sont d'une très grande gentillesse et veillent à ce que leurs hôtes soient pleinement satisfaits.
