Come and discover Azurview, our pretty 160m² Provencal house, set on a 1200m² plot of land, fully enclosed and planted with trees, with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Saint-Tropez.

It is rare to be able to enjoy such a splendid view from all the rooms of the house (living room and the 4 bedrooms), the terraces, the garden and the swimming pool. At any time of the day, from the house or the garden, you will have the pleasure to contemplate the sea, the sailboats and the fishermen's boats as well as the sunset.

Located in a quiet and landscaped area, less than 10' walk from the creeks and beaches and 2 km from the tourist heart of Les Issambres, our villa is ideal for spending memorable holidays with friends or family, while preserving its independence and privacy.

The rental includes 4 bedrooms, all facing south, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

The house is composed of 2 independent levels, each comprising a living room (a games room with table football on the ground floor), an open kitchen, a south-facing terrace and 2 bedrooms; the bedrooms, the living room and the games room all have French windows with access to the terrace and have a beautiful sea view. Air conditioning on the upper level and fans on the lower level keep the house cool. There is wifi throughout the house.

The 11 x 5m mosaic swimming pool (with a depth of 0.50m to 2.50m, allowing for diving) is south-facing, not overlooked and faces the sea. It is heated by a solar system: a high quality bubble cover is available in the shoulder season (water 5 to 8°C above air temperature at mid-day). It is secured by an audible alarm and barriers to protect children.

The Mediterranean garden has beautiful vegetation with many trees and shrubs (palm, mimosa, oleander, grapefruit, kumquat, vines, etc) and is, like many houses in Issambres, quite steep. We have just renovated all the exteriors in order to enjoy the garden even more, as the always clement weather encourages us to spend most of our holidays there.

The entrance to the house is through an electrically closed gate.

You can park 2 cars in the garden (with easy parking in the street in front of the house).

Each room has its own decoration and you will find below the dimensions of the beds:

la Provençale: with a bed of 1,60m x 2m
la Savane : with a bed of 1,60m x 2m
the Nymphs: with a bed of 1.40m x 1.90m
l'Azuréenne : with 2 beds of 0,90m x 2m, which can be transformed into a bed of 1,80m with mattress overlay
You will appreciate our cosy, new, hotel-quality beds and the memory foam pillows that guarantee you a deep and comfortable sleep.

All the furniture in this house, which we bought in the summer of 2017, is brand new.

The villa is particularly well equipped, with 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, plenty of nice quality crockery, an electric plancha and a gas barbecue/plancha, 8 sunbeds, 1 set of garden furniture, 2 outdoor tables (one for 10 people, the other for 12 people) and 1 indoor table for 10 people.

We provide a number of books in English and French, as well as board games for young and old.

A team of professionals (gardener, swimming pool operator and maintenance) looks after the villa all year round. A specialist comes to clean the pool twice a week in season (once a week in low season) to ensure that the water is spotless: you don't have to worry about it, just enjoy it!

You will be welcomed by our neighbour who lives about 100 metres from the house. He is extremely kind and will do everything to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. He will give you the keys, introduce you to the house, give you a full tour of the property and explain how the various facilities work. If you need anything, you can contact him during your stay.

If you wish, we can provide you with bathroom and bed linen for a fee of 30€ / person. If you choose this option, our VIP service will allow you to have your beds made up on arrival, which is very pleasant after a long journey. All you have to do is take a dip in the pool!

It is necessary to add to the rental price the amount of 200€ for the cleaning at the end of the stay, which is compulsory to ensure that the house is in a perfect state of cleanliness for the following holidaymakers. This amount is to be paid directly to the person who will welcome you on your arrival in the house.

A digital welcome booklet will be sent to you before your stay, with all the useful information about the house, its environment and the numerous activities in the region, so that you can easily plan your holiday and start preparing it.

The village of Les Issambres is a real piece of paradise with its 8 kilometres of creeks and coves.

The Domaine des Sirènes, where our villa is located, is a very quiet residential area of Les Issambres, in a protected environment surrounded by greenery, with no noise pollution and no neighbours. The specifications of this domain impose the respect of the neighbours, especially in terms of noise: it is thus possible to spend a holiday on the French Riviera, active if you wish and in peace!

Several beaches accessible on foot: less than 10' by foot, the Gireliers beach and the Pinède beach; the beach in the centre of Les Issambres at San Peire is accessible in 5' by car (on foot in 20').
