It is situated directly along the river Lot, making it a fishing paradise ideal for the whole family. Night fishing allowed The villa is surrounded by fruit trees and fields of sunflowers, this beautiful holiday home that sleeps up to 6 people has two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a bedroom on a mezzanine floor with 2 single beds. An additional third bathroom can be found downstairs. Please note a child's bed or cot is available on request. The villa is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and has been tastefully decorated throughout with a selection of antique furniture.

Outside the villa you will find a heated swimming pool at the front of the property next to a large terrace and jetty. At 4.5 x 6.5 meters the jetty is large enough for fishing, sunbathing or enjoying lunch/ dinner with fantastic views across the river. A BBQ is available for your use during your stay.

This luxurious French holiday villa is situated in very beautiful surroundings near the village Le Temple sur Lot in the department Lot et Garonne. Located between Bordeaux and Toulouse, both are situated at approximately 100 km. distance. The nearest village is Ste Livrade and can be reached by car under 5 minutes. You will find all the shops here that you should require including a large busy market which happens each Friday. There are a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area, especially the restaurants in the charming villages on the hilltops which are highly recommended. Other nearby towns include Vllleneuve sur lot (12km) and Agen (25 km]. The Lot et Garonne is the so called Tuscany of France, this is due to its sloping landscapes and the numerous bastidevillages like for example Pujols, Penne d' Agenais and Monflanquin. This is a great area of France for our wine lovers as the villa is just under an hour drive from the vineyards of Cahors, Buzet, Duras, Bergerac and Bordeaux. The vineyards of Cahors are compared with the famous vineyards of the Cape in South Africa and are certainly worth visiting. Along with the extensive aquatical facilities available in front of the villa, there are plenty of other activities on offer such as walking, cycling and golf ( a 18 hole course is just 15km from the villa). For the children there is great fun park in Agen that is definitely worth a visit.
