Magnificent charming residence in Périgord Noir , the property built on an old Gallo-Roman villa is originally composed of 2 houses and accommodates 8 people in the greatest comfort . It offers very nice amenities. Due to its layout, and the fact that it is originally 2 houses , it offers a lot  of independence , and is perfectly suited to 2 households   wishing to leave together but wishing to preserve their privacy or grandparents wanting to spend holidays with their children and grandchildren while maintaining a private space.

The Demeure du Bel-Prat, restored with the help of craftsmen from Périgord , has a real charm . The 250 m2 house has been redesigned to offer you an authentic dream vacation setting:    stone paving, exposed beams and stones , skillfully highlighted in all the rooms on the ground floor.
 
The spacious luxury kitchen opens onto the inner courtyard.  The living room has a monumental fireplace that will enhance your evenings during the off-season. The dining room with its period fireplace , superb mirrors and 19th century painting also overlooks the inner courtyard.

An original wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor, covered with parquet flooring for the comfort of the tenants. 

A first bedroom, double, very pleasant, of approximately 35m2 has a very beautiful fireplace .

A second bedroom has 2 separate beds.

A first bathroom, of Moorish influence, is equipped with 2 superb sinks, shower and WC.

A second bathroom has a shower and 2 sinks, WC. 

The third bedroom has a double bed and an antique closet. 

The fourth bedroom is a luxurious master suite, with a very rustic atmosphere, decorated in an original way with pretty bird engravings. Its huge bathroom has a bathtub in which you want to laze around all day. Very beautiful play with the stone on the walls, two magnificent sinks, WC.

The very pleasant interior courtyard is planted with trees, providing much-appreciated shade in summer. It is under the plane tree that you will have your meals. Table and chairs are available. Barbecue for grilling. A vine runs on a trellis above the terrace and gives a lot of charm to the whole.

The beautiful private secure swimming pool of 12x5.5m has been set up a little further away. Surrounded by a lawn , it will delight children. Deckchairs are available.
