This beautiful Provencale style holiday villa boasts stunning views over the countryside to the Chateau that is was once part of.
The property is perfectly situated for a holiday on the French Cote d'Azur, located just a 10 minute drive to the cosmopolitan St Tropez, and a 10 minute walk to La Mole and its great restaurants and shops.

The villa has 5 spacious air conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so great for 2 families or a large group. The villa's outdoor area boasts; a large heated swimming pool with a toddlers section, hot-tub, large garden, and plenty of seating areas so you can choose shade or the South of France sunshine!

Flexible arrival and length of stay may be possible outside July and August, which will be Friday arrival for the summer. (Prices based on the Saturday).

Accommodation

The interior of this holiday villa has been furnished with great style and authenticity, keeping many original features and adding modern art in just the right places.

Ground Floor

The large lounge area has a wonderful fireplace, wooden beams, modern comfortable furniture, large flat screen TV (with UK channels), French windows which lead out on to one of the outdoor dining terraces overlooking the villa's private pool.

A couple of steps lead up to the Dining area with a stunning dining table, sofa and French doors giving out to another outdoor terrace.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for cooking on holiday, including a large American style fridge freezer and a Nespresso machine. French doors lead out on the dining terrace which overlooks the pool.

There is a separate chill out room with air-conditioning, UK TV and comfortable seating including sofa-bed.

First Floor - 5 Spacious air conditioned bedrooms

The Master bedroom with a bespoke super king bed, sofa, dressing table and views over the garden.  A freestanding bath and double vanity unit are incorporated in the room with a removable screen. Separate and private wc.

Bedroom 2 - Double, with an en-suite shower room, wash basin and wc.

Bedroom 3 - Double bed

Bedroom 4 - Double bed (king size) and a set of bunk beds

Bedroom 5 - Twin Beds

2 separate shower rooms with wc, for bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 to share

Outside Details
South of France large holiday villa with a fabulous heated pool and garden

The villa is set in the French countryside, the entrance is via a magnificent driveway (gated), surrounded by a huge garden, lawned areas with plenty of room for children to play along with olive trees and Provencale Lavender bushes.

The large heated swimming pool (12m x 6m) has a great little toddler's area and the terrace from the house leading to the pool has a safety gate. The pool is heated from May.

2 outdoor dining areas, both with large dining tables, one leads from the kitchen and lounge, and the second which has a pergola offering shade, leads from the dining area.

Outdoor lounge furniture offers comfortable seating and there are plenty of sun loungers around the pool.

BBQ

There is a small private airport nearby in La Mole and during the summer there may be an increased number of small private planes landing and taking off. 

The Hot Tub is available for guest use - guests will be asked to sign a Disclaimer on arrival in order to use it.

Nearby Attractions & Activities
South of France Holiday Villa on the Cote d'Azur

La Mole, has a water park - and is also home to one of the best known restaurants in the Var, L'Auberge de la Mole.
Private air-strip ideal for helicopter transfers or private planes, there may be an increased amount of private planes in July and August.

Fabulous hiking and cycling on the doorstep with a lovely route round a lake/reservoir just up the valley.

Cogolin is approx 10km from the villa and situated on the edge of the coastal plain of Port Grimaud and the Massif des Maures. It is a centre of arts and crafts, particularly bamboo, cane furniture, carpets and pipes. A range of shopping is available and there is a Tourist Office so do check with them on the calendar of Festivals and Events.

St Tropez - approx 15km - enormous street market every Tuesday and Saturday morning.

Ste Maxime - approx 20km - boat trips from here

Port Grimaud - "Little Venice" - approx 14km - boat trips available

Local Attractions: 

Gassin, approx 15km - panoramic views from this medieval hilltop village - wander round the ancient streets and look out for the old well and a street called l’Androuno - claimed to be the narrowest street in the world. 

Beaches:-

Le Rayol beach and Tropicana Beach Club approx 15km

La Croix-Valmer approx 15km with its seven naturally sandy beaches, it is reputed for the quality of its swimming waters. (Gigaro beach is one of the greatest, and most famous). In addition the town has 220 ha. of nature reserves and is a great place for walking in the woods and along the coast from Gigaro beach to Cap Lardier - The Sentiers des Douaniers).

L'Estagnol approx 19km. Fantastic beach with shady pine woods, white sand beach and good seafood restaurant. 

Le Lavandou approx 20km 

The following beaches are between approx 10-15 km from the villa Cavalaire-sur-Mer approx - 3km of sandy beach and a port/marina - lots of cafes/restaurants and open air events. 

The towns of Hyères and Frejus are about 50km away and Gorges du Verdon is within 100km driving distance.
