This magnificent holiday home, typical of the Périgord Noir, sits in the heart of a large estate, close to the banks of the Dordogne and the cliffs.

A beautiful private salt water swimming pool of 12 x 5.5m secured, surrounded by a hornbeam hedge and a lawn, has taken its place in the middle of the private garden of more than 2 hectares . 

A summer dining room welcomes you onto a large terrace , with its teak furniture and barbecue. Beautiful lighting for those wishing to extend the evenings until late at night…

Your stay  in your La Bourgeoisie holiday home will be set in the old farmhouse and its restored stable to offer you an unforgettable stay and allow you to enjoy authentic luxury .

Your holiday home, which has been in the family for a very long time, has very old architectural elements from the 14th to the 19th century , old and authentic materials carefully restored. The exposed stones and beams, a very personalized and cozy decoration , enhance the place.

On the ground floor: 

The large living room and the spacious kitchen (35 m2) are covered with magnificent paving. The kitchen opens onto the summer dining room. The living room has a superb fireplace. Very beautiful family medallions, period engravings, period furniture, give a lot of charm to the whole. 

The thick walls ensure cool rooms, which are very pleasant to live in.

An original wooden staircase leads you to the bedrooms on the first floor, each more beautiful than the last and offering views of the surrounding countryside.
