Outside there is a large garden (1 acre) private heated pool, 3 patio/decked areas and a large barbecue, nearby (5 mins drive) there is the town of Champ St Pere with all the facilities you need, shops, boulangerie, mini market and pharmacy etc.
Ideally situated just 20 mins away from the area's best beaches and lively towns like La Tranche sur Mer. Approximately 45 minutes in one direction is Sable d'Olonne and 45 mins in the other is La Rochelle.
