Villa in the French Riviera available for holiday lets. Vence villa, Mes Nuits Blanches was constructed in the local style about 40 years ago for a local baker and his family (hence the name) approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre of the town of Vence in a semi rural area with lovely views of the old town and the surrounding hills. Its position is ideal fro exploring all of the Cote D'Azur from Monaco to St Tropez and Provence.

The house had been built with a separate apartment on the ground floor which now has been integrated into the villa by internal and external staircases and makes it very suitable for two families as there are two fully fitted kitchens, one up and one down. The house is detached and sits centrally in mature gardens of 3500 sq. mtrs.

Our Vence villa situated on the French Riviera is available for holiday lets throughout the year. Situated about 5 minutes from the centre of the historic town of Vence on the Cote D'Azur. The villa has a WiFi ADSL - broadband / internet connection. SKY+ TV - premium channels are available in the first floor lounge. SKY Freeview is available in the ground floor sitting room. All UK TV Channels are available.

GROUND FLOOR Main Bedroom - with king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, door to shaded terrace and en-suite shower room with vanity basin plus separate en-suite toilet and basin
Twin bedded room - (beds can be zipped together to make a 6ft double bed) mainly suitable for small children, as there is no wardrobe only chest of drawers and pegs.

Cloakroom - with WC and basin.

Utility room - with boiler and washing machine.

Terrace - The south-facing terrace has a Teac table and chairs to seat 10 under a covered awning and a large barbecue.

Gardens - The well-established gardens of approximately 3/4 acre have many fruit trees including lemon, orange, fig, apple and pear and there are many shaded areas in which to relax. There is also a boule court.

FOR LETTINGS OF ONE WEEK DURING JULY/AUGUST THE COST IS £250 EXTRA.

LONG WEEKENDS BY ARRANGEMENT. CHANGEOVER DAY - SATURDAY

WE WILL REQUIRE A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT COVERING LOST KEYS, ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE AND TO ENSURE THAT THE PROPERTY IS LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY.
