This historic character house has been beautifully decorated in a boutique style, comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Guests have the option of flexible stays with arrivals & departures on any day of the week. The property is ideal for families or groups - the house requires a minimum of just five nights.

It is located in Mansonville set on the very edge of Tarn-et-Garonne, and within a few hundred yards you will be out into the gently rolling beautiful countryside of Gers and the Vale of the Garonne. Shopping is a short distance away, just 5km to the historic town of Auvillar and its famous market place, or a little further to Valence d’Agen for a full range of shops and supermarkets.

The Accommodation:

The property boasts an elevated private garden with refreshing plunge pool and spacious outdoor dining and lounging areas. From its prime vantage point, you can take in the wonderful views of the quaint village, Mansonville. The outdoor dining table seats at least 10 guests, perfect for hot summer afternoons, and memorable social gatherings on warm summer evenings.

Basking in both sun and shade, the garden invites relaxation with a variety of outdoor furniture including hammocks and sun loungers. A charcoal barbecue and utensils are available for outdoor cooking.

Free parking is on street near the property or in the small village car park.

The house is equipped with wifi, and for the cooler months, central oil heating with radiators in every room, complemented by a fireplace, making it an ideal retreat for any time of year.

Up the stone staircase through the raised walled garden, as you enter the house you are welcomed by a spacious traditional entryway offering plenty of space for your belongings, and a magnificent wooden staircase.

To the right, the stylish lounge room has comfortable seating for 10 guests, and a large screen TV, DVD player and sound system. There is a cosy fireplace for the winter months, and DVDs, CDs, books and board games for entertainment.

The kitchen is open plan, with a dining table seating 10, and comfortable stools at a bar facing the modern, well equipped kitchen. It features a large fridge freezer, electric hob, waist-height oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a wide selection of high quality tableware & glassware, and appliances including kettle, coffee pot and toaster.

On the first floor there are 2 elegant and spacious double bedrooms with full en-suite shower rooms. In the hallway there is an additional shower room and separate WC. On the second floor are 2 more double bedrooms, one beneath the timber beams of the pigeonnier tower roof, with ensuite WC and basin. Each bedroom features a wardrobe or walk-in closet along with stylish complementary furniture.

There is also a twin bedroom on the second floor, that features 2 single beds – one of which conveniently rolls out from underneath the other.

A cot, high chair, and a playpen are available, as well as toys & games to keep children entertained. An adjustable safety rail can be fitted to one of the single beds for added peace of mind.

Portable fans & hair dryers are provided, as well as cleaning supplies, and a washing machine is located in the basement area.

The elevated private outdoor garden terrace overlooks the village centre of Mansonville. With a large plunge pool on one end, and a dining table seating at least 10 guests on the other, it's perfect for hot summer afternoons, and memorable social gatherings on warm summer evenings.
