Côté Jardin (Garden Side)

This charming two bedroom apartment is named 'Garden side' because it features a lovely terrace that has a rock garden. It comprises a sofa bed in the living room therefore providing sleeping acommodation for six guests separately and comfortably. The living room enables access to the terrace. This layout preserves the spacious and airy ambience throughout despite the modest surface of 57 sq.m. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped and guests can cook at ease knowing cooking smells won't drift through to the rest of the apartment. A washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are all located in the kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, telephone, TV etc.

Côté Mer (Seaside)

This apartment has a spectacular sea view despite its' smaller size to Côté Jardin (one bedroom and 38 m2). It can accomodate up to six guests because there is sofa-bed in the living room, and another one on the large veranda terrace that is perfect for summer or winter sleeping for two if required.The terrace is the best place for breakfast, lunch by day and a wonderful extra bedroom if you need it at night (as there is a sofa-bed for two). There are two heaters for winter evenings. This apartment has all the comforts and advantages of the other one plus a spectacular interactive television.  It is better to reserve Côté Mer in advance because it tends to be booked up within the last few months of the preceding year...

Both properties are just a 20 minute walking distance from the port and the city centre. Down below it there is one of the most beautiful seaside boardwalks anywhere in the world. Guests can access the city centre and the whole coast all the way to Villefranche and Monaco by four lines of busses, two of which stop a few yards away from the building.

So it's not necessary to have a car especially as two bus lines stop in front of the building in both directions and two others at less than 5 minutes away by foot.
