Charming Two Bedroom Gite Rental in Latresne, Gironde - Les Platanes

Les Rives de Garonne comprises 2 separate gîtes located at the gates of the entre deux mers and wonderful, artistic city of Bordeaux. The gîtes allow guests to enjoy walks on the magnificent quays with the reflecting pool, its monuments, its numerous restaurants, shops and playground. It's a remarkable site which is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site.

Our quiet and comfortable homes are located on the banks of the Garonne in a green zone along the cycle path, just 8 minutes from Saint-Jean de Bordeaux train station. For wine enthusiasts, Bordeaux has been the city of wine since June 2016.

The cottages are of impeccable hygiene and guests enjoy free access to a play area and a laundry area, for which you will find a description of the equipment outside.

LES PLATANES COTTTAGE - has a private terrace with garden furniture, an equipped American kitchen (see full description below), two bedrooms (Sleeps 4) with numerous cupboards, one of which has a king size bed.
The toilets are separate from the bathroom; the second bedroom is equipped with a toilet. There is heating and air conditioning.
You have 3 keys and 1 remote control: 1 key to the studio sliding bay, 1 key and 1 remote control to the electric gate, 1 key to the gate.
Please never leave any keys in the locks, even temporarily.

You have a remote control for the Grand gate, and 3 keys (Entrance, roller shutter, access gate to the property and an orange plastic key to unlock the two arms of the automatic gate in the event of a power outage)
In the event of abuse, failure to respect a minimum level of hygiene in this studio will result in the termination of the contract automatically.
Our animal friends are no longer accepted.
Tenants may receive prompts, they must also respect these regulations.
Do not clutter behind the laundry side door to allow emergency opening. For your safety; at night and in the absence of the owners, the laundry room on the ground floor and the house upstairs are under alarm.
