Chalet Le Pavot offers its guests a wonderful opportunity to take their winter or summer break in a pretty and traditional alpine village situated in a beautiful tree lined valley yet still have immediate access to one of the world's best and most famous ski areas – Espace Killy! Very rare in the Espace Killy ski area it represents a chance to rent an independent standalone self catered chalet that can accommodate two or possibly three families 

Chalet Le Pavot is a traditional but modern alpine chalet nestled in the south facing hills above the pretty and tranquil village of Tignes Les Brévières. The views from the Chalet across the village over the river to the ski slopes beyond are stunning in both winter and summer alike. Conveniently located just 4 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants living is easy at Chalet Le Pavot whether you intend to eat in or spend a pleasant evening in one of Les Brévières’ excellent restaurants. 

For guests that don't intend to ski, Chalet Le Pavot with its stunning views (click here to see the view) and relaxed ambiance is the ideal place to stay. It is easy and free of charge to get to the other villages in the resort where there are many interesting activities and shops. The resort of Val D'Isere can also be reached by bus, car or taxi.

The Chalet is seven minutes on foot to the main bubble lift that whisks you quickly into the heart of the fantastic Espace Killy ski area consisting of 300 km of piste, 2 glaciers (where summer skiing is avaialble) and 96 ski lifts. The ski resorts of Val D'Isere, Villaroger, Sainte-Foy Tarentaise and Les Arcs are also just a short drive away.

Les Brévières sits at an altitude of 1550 meters. Because the slopes into the village are north facing, you can ski all the way back to the village usually from November through to May. Due to its altitude (up to 3550 meters) the Tignes resort has a longer winter season than many of the other resorts in the Alps. 

ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation downstairs consists of a spacious kitchen just under 12m² appointed with everything you will need, a large lounge dining room of 35m² with a fireplace. There are two large basement rooms equipped with washing machine, boot room, sauna and shower rooms. Upstairs there are four bedrooms.

The master bedroom (the Heart room) has a full king size double bed and a balcony overlooking the village and river. Two further bedrooms (Snowflake and Pine tree) have a double bed that can be split into singles and high quality fold down double bunks. Our fourth bedroom (called Vanoise) is fitted with adult size bunk beds. In total the Chalet can sleep up to 15 people.
