In the heart of Lyon but like in the countryside, on the hill of the Croix Rousse, this majestic building of more than 400m2 skilfully mixes French style, contemporary design pieces sprinkled with a vintage spirit. Taking advantage of the tranquility of the place, lost in the middle of century-old trees while having your coffee in the sun in front of the swimming pool, you will think "Space is absolute luxury".

The neighborhood

The Red Cross,
La Croix-Rousse is one of the two hills overlooking Lyon. This original district has Mediterranean accents, with its pastel colors and breathtaking views of the city. Its Gallic village atmosphere invades anyone who sets foot there. Here we proclaim ourselves “Croix-Roussiens” before being Lyonnais. The atmosphere is friendly and also a bit libertarian and militant. Deeply marked by its working class and independence history. The heritage of the canuts (silk workers) is omnipresent: at the origin of the mutualist and cooperative movements, their famous revolt of 1831, one of the first workers' uprisings, had a major impact in France and Europe. Even today, the district is dotted with local associations, independent creative workshops,
Go and awaken your taste buds at the market, on the boulevard, then your pupils in front of the many viewpoints available to you. Take the opportunity to descend the ascent of the Grande-Côte. This cobbled pedestrian street lined with shops is a perfect postcard: charming from start to finish with its view, its typical architecture, its graffiti, its café terraces, its bookshops and its trendy shops... The slopes of the Croix- Rousse are on the UNESCO World Heritage List, don't be afraid to push open the doors to stroll through the traboules. These covered passages from courtyard to courtyard of buildings allowed silk workers to easily transport fabrics from one place to another while avoiding the rain. And even if we tend to forget the peninsula, the heart of Lyon, is only a stone's throw away...
