Splendid Provençale villa with plenty of character that enjoys great views over Claviers village, and its own private swimming pool. It is located just 40 mins from the well known and popular sandy beaches of the Cote d`Azur region.

Villa Charmante is totally secluded and accommodates up to 7 guests plus a baby in 3 bedrooms - sofa bed and cot available on request. The Holiday Villa is modern built and is stunning inside with high ceilings and superb acoustics. The large windows and high ceilings allow plenty of light to bathe the spacious 175 sqm interior.

The property boasts two lounge areas – with fireplace, TV, and DVD player. The second lounge can be curtained off to form a third bedroom with sofa bed. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. French doors to a terrace that is bathed by the morning sun. Separate cloakroom WC on ground floor (lounge) level. The Triple bedroom on the upper level has an adjacent shower room and WC.

Large dining room located on the same level as the well-equipped kitchen. French doors leading to the poolside terrace and patio door to a further terrace that enjoys views over the medieval village of Claviers.

Swimming pool open April to October (with roll on thermal cover to reduce night time heat loss in the cooler months) and regulation safety alarm. Plenty of loungers and cushions, parasols and built in barbecue perfect for relaxing in the the evenings. Two exterior dining tables with chairs, one beside the barbecue, the other on the second terrace overlooking Claviers. Private parking for 2 cars.
