Deep within the Landais Forest on the borders of Perigord Pourpre and Perigord Blanc, the twin-gabled manor house, 'Jean Du Claud', is surrounded by over one hundred and twenty acres of magnificient woodland grounds. This enchanting Perigourdine domain is situated in Eglise-Neuve d'Issac, about fifteen kilometers north of Bergerac, near the A89 which links the motorway between Lyon and Bordeaux, passing via Perigord. This large, comfortable period house can sleep up to twelve people all year round.
The ground floor is comprised of a big entrance hall leading onto a spacious sitting room with adjoining conservatory, dining room, and a double bedroom with en suite shower, WC and conservatory. The kitchen is fully equipped and a washing machine and dryer are situated in the boiler room.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, all with either an en suite bathroom or shower and WC, and one room with four beds, the shower and WC for this room are situated off the corridor. Two of the bedrooms can be connecting if required, 2 cots, 2 high chairs, a changing table and an extra single bed are also available.
Some friends would like to visit you during your stay, no problem : an additional bedroom with bathroom can be rent in the next door house (extra cost per night).
