We have owned La Tuilliere since 1986 and it has benefited from major renovations. New roof on the main house and barn, some major structural changes, upgraded bathrooms, 2 new bathrooms, total redecoration, new electrics, 3 independent culumus tanks with instant hot water and new fully fitted carpets in all the bedrooms.
This superb Duras holiday home has 6 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. It comprises a huge sitting room, well equipped kitchen, a covered terrace at the back and front terrace that seat 12. The house sits in 9 acres, has a new 15m x 6m heated, salt pool with electric cover. A 'D' end with internal steps and a paddling area. There is a large barn housing a ping pong table and the property also has a separate annex compromising another shower room, kitchenette and bed. Floodlit Boules and fantastic 360 views in one of the most beautiful valleys in the area. There is a 400 yard avenued drive off a 'D' road offering total privacy and tranquility.
More home than holiday house, La Tuilliere's guests will enjoy 5 star treatment. Really good beds all with duvets and 100% Egyptian cotton linen. The exterior garden furniture is Westminster Woven furniture. A new dining set seating 10 people on the front terrace will further enhance those sundowners and long evening meals.
Nothing is too much trouble and if there is anything you want, we will provide it or arrange for it to be provided.
We can arrange for a local cook and extra cleaning or a hot air balloon right from our land.
Well behaved pets by special arrangement and possible use of a car.
Taxi collection from Bergerac can be arranged.
La Tuilliere is a non smoking house.
