This stylish 1 bedroom apartment although adjoining the owner’s main house, has its own independent entrance and private courtyard. There are small shops 2 minutes walk from the house and a large supermarket only a 5 minutes drive.
Tiled throughout the kitchen has all modern appliances including a dish washer. A table and chairs within it can comfortably seat 4.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, and pretty wicker chair. There is also a TV/DVD player.
The bathroom has a basin, bath/shower and WC. The bedroom is tastefully decorated and fitted with a queen size bed.
The apartment enjoys a quiet residential location. Within walking distance is the golf course, beach, numerous restaurants, bars and the town centre.
The Ciboure golf course is a short walk from the apartment and the apartment is within driving distance of several other good courses.
If you want to explore further afield then day trips to the wonderful cities of San Sebastian and Bilbao are a lovely day trip.
For walkers or hikers this area is wonderful, the beautiful countryside has some lovely villages and mountain views.
This would be a wonderful property for non drivers as it is only a short 11km drive to Biarritz airport, Airport transfers can be arranged and the train station is within walking distance from apartment.
