All of the rooms are equipped with central heating and offer views of the island. Additionally there is a lovely fireplace.
Outside, the property has two large terraces that are very well equipped with outdoor furniture, a secure swimming pool which is in the sunshine all day and a pool house with shower and WC.
This is a wonderful holiday property all year round, during both the Summer and Winter months. Shops are just 150 metres away, the attractive local market is 1km away and there are Oyster farmers just a stones' throw from the villa.
