Stunning Luxury Apartment with Outstanding Views over the Bay of Antibes, Riviera, France Reviews

Highly recommend staying here if you are holidaying on the Riviera. We have stayed in many apartments over the past 10 years on the Côte d'Azur and this one is the best yet.

Fantastic apartment with all of the facilities that you would need during a stay and more. Very comfortable with a superb view especially at night when the yachts are lit up and the lighthouse on the cap is on. Very quiet at night and comfortable with the air-con when its hot.

Location is great, very short walk to beaches, bars, restaurants, Antibes center, with the port and train station a 20 minute walk away. Walk to Juan les Pins is about 25 minutes or you can hop on the bus outside the door.

We would also like to thank Ivan, the property manager. He was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We have stayed in many places and a warm and friendly welcome can set the tone for your stay. He was excellent.

We stayed in Sept for a week and would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return sometime in the near future.

This was our fourth stay in this truly magnificent apartment.

To describe the view from the balcony as stunning does it no justice. Watching the sun size in the morning is bewitching; admiring the sailing flotillas is charming; counting the gin palace yachts staggering; watching the sunset over the lighthouse on the Cap a perfect end to the day.

Whilst there are some great restaurants within an easy stroll, we enjoy some self catering and shopping in the Provencal Market and local boulangerie an essential part of our visit. However, what is unique about this apartment is that the kitchen knives are sharp! Such a pleasure if you cook.

Then there is Ivan! Is there a better and more attentive local manager in the business. I doubt it.

And witout doubt, we will be back next year.

This could be described as the ideal holiday rental: From the instructions before arrival, through the friendly, efficient and effective greeting at the property by Ivan, to the comprehensiveness of the equipment and beautifully maintained facilities - everything has been thought through to make this as easy and as comfortable as possible for the guests.

The appartment is easy to access, extremely well located for the old town and restaurants, and a few steps away from beach facilities, both public and private. The latter benefit from an excellent restaurant.

The appartment is elegant with clean lines and extremely well equipped. Ivan, the local manager, could not have been more helpful and took care to understand our requirements for the stay.

We, a party of five, had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends, and look forward to being able to return.

We have had a number of holiday rentals in Antibes over many years, from a Belle Epoch home, when our family joined us, to several apartments. This one exceeds all in comfort, style and amenity.

The Apartment cannot be faulted …location, location, location, with the Mediterranean at your front door. Furnishings and linen are top quality.

A walk to many really good restaurants, the markets, beaches and the Marina.

Parking is provided if you like to drive, but, we prefer the local buses to explore nearby villages or the train which will take you right along the scenic route of the Riviera to the Italian border.

The lovely long evenings, best enjoyed from the large balcony, start, well before peak season and continue after August.

Ivan, who will welcome you on arrival will ensure that all is well during your stay.

We could not recommend this accommodation highly enough. After staying in the Antibes apartment over the course of a week in August of this year we had such an amazing holiday. The location gives very easy access to the beach, town and beautiful harbours – as well as being walking distance to Juan Le Pins. The view was spectacular and the apartment offered all of the facilities that you need to have a luxurious stay.

Every detail is taken care of with staying here, from some excellent recommendations for restaurants, which allowed us to enjoy the wonderful local cuisine, to advice on the best walking trails (which really were scenic and beautiful).

Ivan the property manager was extremely helpful and friendly, was there when we arrived to show us around, answered all of our questions and was at hand during our entire stay.

My wife and I spent a month here and had several guests visit during that time. We are from California and have rented numerous houses and apartments in Europe in the past. It is rare to find 3 bedrooms with 3 complete bathrooms in Europe. The place was new and clean, the view amazing and Ivan, the support person, always helpful and never in the way. The location and the property met and exceeded our expectations.

Just back from our second visit to this wonderful apartment, which I am sure will not be our last. Its location is fantastic, both in terms of the breathtaking views from every room, but also the proximity to a genuinely excellent bakery (2 mins), the glorious beach, and the old town with all its restaurants, the harbour, and the Picasso Museum. There are beautiful local walks nearby too, and stunning villages such as St Paul de Vence and Eze only a few minutes' drive away. The flat itself is very comfortable, contemporary, and extremely well equipped; it is light and very spacious, with all mod cons of wifi, Apple tv etc Ivan is a truly excellent local manager, who goes well out of his way to look after visitors, and Vivien is always responsive and helpful. We have loved our two out-of-season holidays here, and wholeheartedly recommend it for rest, relaxation, wonderful food, and the ever-changing beautiful views!

This is our third stay in this magnificent apartment and we are already booking the fourth.The equipment in the apartment is beyond criticism. The view is stunning - the sunrise in October brings out the David Bailey in you. Simply amongst the best boulangeries in France is only 200 yards away - right next door to a famously typical Mom & Pop French restaurant with a superb Navarin of lamb.

And then there is Ivan! The most charming meeter and greeter who really cares that you are having a good time.

This is a superbly-appointed apartment in a prime location. Good beaches, the town centre and the old town are all easily accessible. There are several good restaurants within very short walking distance. All-in-all a perfect holiday destination. The local manager makes the handover on arrival and departure easy for guests.
