The Chalet is a true haven of peace, located just a few minutes walk from the hyper-centre of Saint-Martin de Belleville and only 200 metres from the lifts. It's size is 350 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children.

The first level of the chalet offers two beautiful bedrooms and two large, very bright bathrooms. The 5 rooms of the chalet are incredibly cosy and charming and all have their own bathroom. The chalet boasts a swimming pool with counter-current swimming and a terrace with access to join the Norwegian caulked bath in the middle of fir trees.

The upper level also offers a bedroom and bathroom, as well as a large ultra-light living room thanks to the large bay windows that line the entire living room. You will notice the many rustic wooden details that recall the surrounding nature and give the chalet an even warmer atmosphere. The TV area can be partitioned with a sliding partition allowing adults to dine while children watch a cartoon.

The dining area runs along the bay windows: you can have lunch or dinner comfortably while observing an incredible view of the mountains. From the dining table, you will see a glass roof where you can see the chef preparing your delicious meal in the semi-open fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy breakfast, tea and pastries on your return from your skiing day, tea time with pancakes and 4-course dinners served each evening including a selection of wines and cheeses.

Relax in the living room with its many wooden chairs and sofas with very soft cushions, near the fireplace or bay windows while contemplating the view. You can also enjoy this view of the terrace while drinking your coffee, the perfect wake-up call to start the day. You will benefit from a delivery of pastries every morning from La Bouitte, the famous starred restaurant in the valley.

The top floor is composed of the last two bedrooms with bathroom and a cinema room for family gatherings! A play area and home cinema can be transformed into a dormitory for children with 4 single beds.

You will benefit from the services of a private driver for your trips to the slopes as well as a full footed ski room to facilitate your return. Its location offers an unobstructed view of the entrance to Vallée des Encombres (a popular valley for off-piste skiers and hikers) and the small village of Chatelard. It is located in the middle of old and typical village houses.
