Stunning 250 square meters stone house, restored in a modern way, with a swimming-pool and a large garden for 8-10 people, facing the mountain. 

Located on the edge of Uzer, a small village close to legendary Balazuc, this spectacular house has three floors with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. 

It is a family house with a large swimming-pool, a covered terrace and a large harbour in the 3.5 acres garden. There is a small river at the bottom of the garden, in front of a mountain.
The property is situated in an ideal setting: it is quiet and unoverlooked without being isolated, close to communication routes, in a village surrounded by vineyards. 

This house is our second home: it is ideal for families, hikers, and nature lovers. 

The village is 8km away from Largentière, a larger town in which you will find all amenities.

There is a small supermarket in the village, 5mn walk away from the house, with daily fresh bread, and a pizzeria. 

The 8m x 4m pool is environmentally-sound with mineral salt. It is open as of April 1st. Like us, you will enjoy the farniente in the garden.

Guests can cycle and walk on the hiking trails. 3km away, a riding centre offers individual and group rides in the countryside.

The famous Gorges de l'Ardèche (Vallon Pont-d'Arc) are 20km away for those of you who like canoeing and kayaking.
