Next to the fully fenced heated pool there is a large walnut tree providing much needed shade.
The property is an ideal base from which to explore the area with its many attractions. On the other hand the natural beauty and restful surroundings makes it perfect if you prefer a truly relaxing holiday.
Not surprisingly that after visiting the area for the first time many people come back year after year.
Perfect for families with children
For the children there is a bouncy castle swings, slides, table tennis table, dart board, playhouse, sandpit, table football, football pitch with goal posts, petanque pitch, toddlers paddling pool and plenty of space to run around in. If they have had enough of being outside there are plenty of indoor games as well as a sony playstation to help keep them occupied. There is also a great horse-riding school less than a mile away.
The barn has been converted to a very high standard, its large windows making it especially light inside and there are views from virtually all rooms of the house. A unique feature is the impressive oak balcony running along the front of the house. Guests have exclusive use of the pool and garden. There is Wifi internet connection throughout the house.
Pet friendly accommodation
After having a dog ourselves we know how difficult it can be to find pet friendly accommodation. Rousselie haute is perfect for your dog - with a large garden allowing them to run free. There are great walks for your dog straight from the house and we can help you to organise the vet ready for your return to the UK. There is a large dog cage available for use if required.
ACCOMMODATION:
There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Extra people can be accommodated using fold up beds.
For babies we have a cot, moses basket and a travel cot these can be placed in any of the rooms.
The large windows make the interior especially light and there are views form virtually all rooms.
Wifi internet connection is available throughout the house.
A special feature is the oak balcony a great place to watch the sun go down.
Outside, space and great views
Our guests have exclusive use of the pool and grounds to the front of the property.
Heated swimming pool 10m x 4m and between 1m and 1.5m deep. Solar heated shower, sun beds and chairs.
Pool towels are available to rent for 5 euros per week.
The pool is fully fenced with additional security in the form of a lockable cover.
The south facing garden is approximately 1 acre in size with a football pitch at the bottom. The bouncy castle is permanently located halfway down the garden. There are swings and slides as well.
The covered patio area in front of the barn has tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
