This studio apartment sleeps 2 to 4 guests and is situated on La Croisette. 

The property is furnished in a mountain style and comprises: 

-Entrance: cabin area, 2 bunk beds, stool, 2 sets of wall coat racks, luggage rack, shoe cabinet. 
-Bathroom: basin, bath with shower, bidet, WC. 
-Living room: kitchen area, 2 burners, sink, silent fridge, pressure cooker, microwave, electric coffee maker and toaster. Two pull-out beds of 0.80 x 1.90 that can form a large bed of 1.60 x 1.90. (new mattresses). Wardrobe, 2 closets, 1 shelf. Television flat screen, plug for headphones.. Blackout awning, double glazing and new floor (October 2017). WIFI except summer.
-Balcony orientated North-West. You can enjoy sun in the afternoon.
- Ski shop overlooking the slopes. Ski school, slopes and lifts are all close to the studio apartment. 

The property is in the heart of the resort (foot of the slopes, direct access to the mall), on La Croisette, where are shops. It is 50 metres from the bus station and opposite the fitness centre. Course start points, tele-seats, and ski school are all 100 metres away. 

There is a lot of plays for children :

- structures gonflables
- trampolines
- tyrolienne
- climbing at the place called "Plan de l'eau",where you can go with the lifts. Children are looked for..
- luge on rail
- tennis
- VTT
- riding on monkeys...

There are wonderful walks, as "Chez Pépé Nicolas", which is a paradise for children : animals like monkeys, lambs, cows, chicken, etc. and for both parents  and children : delicious cooking for lunch or tea, that you can eat on a natural meadow terrace viewing the whole landscape...
Take note that this summer, the famous "Tour de France" by cycle will cross Les Ménuires on the 21st of July ! For that special show, there will be many activities and fun for children and their parents!
