The house is enclosed, with a front garden and is situated just 2 km from the centre of Cassis, the beaches and the coves. It is a South facing property, and is peaceful all around. There is parking available on-site.
La Maison de Marguerite comprises 3 Bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and WC. Outside there are multiple terraces, an arbor, barbecue and parasols for relaxing and sunbathing.
The property has electric heating throughout.
The villa is less than a kilometer from the small station of Cassis. Zone protected by video surveillance, beautiful walks and/or bike rides are recommended.
Aubagne and Carnoux are perfect for amenities and to discover other landscapes of Provence.
Marseille is about fifteen kilometers from Cassis, as are cities of La Ciotat, Bandol, Toulon, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Saint Tropez.
The complex "Les Gorguettes" offers many sporting and varied activities such as tennis, swimming etc. Parking is free and a mini bus takes you to Cassis or the Bestouan Beach for €1.50
