Our lovely Provencal holiday house is situated only 1 hour from Nice Airport, just above the charming village Bargemon in the Var department of France. Bargemon has all the necessary amenties for an enjoyable French experience, including 8 restaurants, small shops and charming fountains. There are markets in all the nearby villages and large supermarkets in all the towns.

The house is well positioned between the sea and the mountains giving a lovely sea breeze during the hot summer months. The surrounding area is beautiful and we grow our own organic vegetables which we are more than happy to offer our guests. There are 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 each boast double beds.
Bedroom 4 has twin beds and a cot. All bedrooms have French windows which open to balcony. The downstairs bedroom opens out onto the terrace. The house is suitable for those with mobility problems; it has a downstairs bedroom with shower, bars and chair built-in especially for that purpose.

The house opens to garden terrace and pool all on one level. The fantastic solar heated pool is usually available to swim in for almost half the year. The garden is very private and there is a barbeque and outdoor areas both in or out of the sun. However, the pool is a danger for young children who cannot swim. Guests will find a door at the bottom of garden which we call the croissant gate, it is just five minutes walk to the boulangerie, if you fancy a stroll to pop out for croissant and newspaper in the morning. For golf enthusiasts, there is a course in le Muy, and at Ste Maxime we have a list of good beaches to visit. The area is also a haven trekkers and those who love mountain biking.
