A dream location
Spacious apartment and ideally located at the foot of the beach, the path of customs and close to the market as shops. The room on the first floor is actually blind but considering the conformation of the building you can not have everything. The terrace is well sheltered from the wind. A very pleasant stay .

Unique and special place
We spent a very pleasant 15 days here. Very friendly welcome, a comfortable and spacious apartment with all you need, a unique and really special place, beautiful beach, all it takes a few steps away, lively and interesting city with many good restaurants. We will definitely be back next year!

We had an exceptional family holiday, the apartment is very spacious and very well equipped.
It is close to all amenities, bakery, supermarket, restaurants ... Everything is done on foot.

It is now 6 years in a row that I rent this apartment! It is a real paradise on the water ... The owner, charming available and attentive, does everything to make your stay more enjoyable, until the decoration of this apartment always very trendy. Over the years ... Spacious apartment, comfortable and well equipped, ideally located: could not closer to the beach, walks and downtown! Rare ... A 7 month advisor ... to 77 years and over .... And, "prune on the far", owner friendly and available. What a desire: to return next year .

Great stay
This is the second time we rent this apartment in March and as always, it is very difficult to leave. The holidays are still pleasant thanks to the location and comfort of this apartment which are matched only by the sympathy of the owner! So you feel at home right away. What a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace, to go to the city center on foot, so close, and to return after the discovery of the surroundings (St Malo, Cape Fréhel, Cancale, Dinan) in a cocoon where it is good live and where the view continues to amaze us. We will come back again .

Feet in the sand
Ideally located: on the beach (very rare), and close to shops. Ideal starting point for excursions from Mont St-Michel to St-Brieux or Dinan. Great for a family with children. Well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer). Friendly welcome and advice on the shops of the city .
