This apartment is ideal for two people but can accommodate up to four people (160 cm x 200 cm duplex bed and comfort convertible sofa bed + 140 cm x 200 cm).

KITCHEN:
A functional kitchen with fridge, three-burner hob, hood, dishwasher, offers every comfort for your stay. The necessary breakfast items are obviously at your disposal (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster).
THE SLEEPING AREA:
In duplex and accessible by a spiral staircase, the bedroom opens onto a bathroom with shower. Hotel quality bedding for added comfort.
A dressing area with around ten hangers and storage shelves allows you to store your belongings for several days.
SHOWER ROOM:
A beautiful, large shower room with a hairdryer and all toiletries (body towels, soap, etc.).
The toilets are suspended, individual and private with washing machine.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator in the condominium and the apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor.
Arrival times are only from 4:00 p.m. and departure times are always before 11:00 a.m.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and we have a zero tolerance policy. Consequently, if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a deposit of a minimum amount of €300.
We can provide you with a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an additional €25.
