Spacious 5 bedroom property set in 1.75 acres of private grounds and just 5 minute stroll to the village of Le Boupere. This large 5 bedroom detached property nestles in over 1.75 acres of private grounds, the location of the property is rural yet the property is only a relaxing 5 minute stroll to the nearest village where you will find various shops, bars and restaurants. After a long trip, the last thing you want is to arrive late with nothing to eat or drink and the shops have all closed. That's why we leave a welcome pack for our guests. It is only a carton of orange juice, a bottle of milk, a bottle of wine, tub of butter, a baguette and a small sliced loaf but when you arrive it is very welcome.
The well equipped kitchen comprises a cooker and hob, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, cafetière, crockery, cutlery, utensils, kettle, ironing board and iron etc, everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. The spacious lounge has a selection of sofas, and comes with a TV, DVD player and CD player and a coffee table. The dining room complete with a solid oak dining table and chairs, also has a separate smaller dining table with chairs for unexpected guests.
The property has gardens on three sides, with the rear garden fully enclosed so plenty of room for all outdoor activities, it also has a BBQ for those budding chefs, what better way to end the day than cooking outside, tongs in one hand a glass of something local in the other watching the sunset. The garden is planted with a selection of fruit trees to assist you in your cooking, there is also Gazebo and outdoor dining table. If you want to explore further than the local village, then the house is only a 15 minute drive from Puy de Fou and less than1 hours drive from the wonderful Atlantic coast. If holidays full of activity are what you like, then this property is ideally situated fishing, karting, canoeing, kayaking, archery and sports centres are all within easy reach.

The Vendée region of France enjoys one of the sunniest climates in France. The wonderful coastline of the Vendée are less than an hours drive, the clean, gently sloping beaches make them perfectly suitable for families with younger children
Special Rental Conditions
Changeovers are done on Saturdays and guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 1pm and to leave by 10am on departure day, although sometimes arrangements can be made for an earlier arrival.
