This Spacious Catalan villa is only 20 min from the Med and backs onto the foothills of the Pyrenees, offering a wonderful view of the mountains, across the plain to the sea, which you can enjoy from one of the 2 roof terraces. The garden has fruit trees, olives and a vine. There is a built in barbeque area with fitted sink, just off the terrace by the heated pool. The village centre and its deli, restaurant and café-bar, are within just a few min. walking distance. The supermarket 5 min. drive. Villelongue dels Monts is a typical Catalan village located in the Albères, the cork forest foothills of the Pyrenees, the warmest region of France. It is 40 minutes drive from Perpignan, the regional capital with local airport and 1 hour from Gerona, 20 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from the Spanish border, view to the mountain Pic du Canigou (2,785 m). On the two hour drive to Barcelona you can stop off on and visit the Dali Museum in Figueres. The area is rich in art, history culture and cuisine but also ideal for many sporting activities including walking, cycling, mountainbike, trekking, climbing, water sports and golf, the ski resorts of the Pyrenees are just 90 minutes away. The warm and dry weather starts at Easter and last until Endo of October. Special Rental Conditions
Change: on Saturdays (other days of the week for the change are possible by arrangement outside of high season.
The price is for the house per week, regardless of the number of people.
Not included in the price: final cleaning in the amount of EUR 120.00.
Deposit of EUR 500.00.
The full price for the total rental period and the costs for the cleaning and the deposit must be paid in eur upon booking on account.
The bank account number is stated in the invoice.
Cancellation: You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in until 12 noon CET (Central European Time). For cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in, nothing will be refunded.
Animals are not allowed.
The house is a non-smoker house.
