This charming 70 m2 house has two large, bright and very comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two 120 cm beds - new bedding - with wardrobes and storage space. The large living room is also very bright with a fully equipped American bar-kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher. In this air-conditioned living room, table, small library, sofa and armchairs for rest or conversation. There is also a flat screen TV, computer, internet, DVD player, and HiFi. Wireless. (a cot and an additional small bed for children are possible).

For children, there is a trampoline and a small swimming pool (5m in diameter) above ground on a wooden structure, accessible under the responsibility of adults. Adjacent to Montpellier, this accommodation provides easy access in a few minutes to this university town and its many points of interest. A little further, 20 km, the fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean or in the hinterland of excellent hiking possibilities. Also 20 minutes from the Hérault and its impressive gorges, as well as the grandiose Grotte des Demoiselles. Lake Cécéles and its restaurant are 15 minutes away. The famous cities of Nîmes, Arles, Carcassonne and the Pont du Gard are within an hour or a little more. For those who have time, Spain is at 2:30. My wife and I are retired and grandparents. I was a CNRS researcher, she was a high school teacher. We make it our point of honor to ensure that our visitors are satisfied, and even become friends.

From the north, either by the A75 or by the A9. Then follow the direction 'Hôpitaux-Facultés' then the road to Mende. From the airport, shuttle to Montpellier station then tram or taxi.
When you go to town by car, there are several parking lots.
