A little and secluded town where all is about peace, tranquility and good food. Tom’s house was an excellent base camp for this summer of walks and picking blackberries in the countryside of France.

Our stay in the house has been enchanting, we have spent some incredible days of vacation and tranquility. The house is very cool in summer thanks to its stone walls and has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The sofas and beds are very comfortable, the TV is great and the kitchen and bathroom are spacious. The patio is a great place to relax reading or having dinner watching the beautiful rose bushes of the house and the town is very quiet, so you can enjoy the calm and silence and it is very well located near Carcassone and Limoux. The hosts who have attended us have been charming and attentive people who have offered us their help and warmth at all times. We recommend it to families and couples, it is an adorable space!

Thomas was a fantastic host, giving us the best tips to enjoy the area. He always responded very rapidly and his recommendations were very helpful. Montclar is a very charming residential village, extremely peaceful - just don’t expect any bars or supermarkets there, just the church and beautiful walks.
The house is small and cozy, and very well equipped. Just have in mind it’s ideal for families or close friends, as you’ll be sharing ine bathroom and two of the rooms don’t have doors. We would definitely return!

Tom is very welcoming, very nice. Nice house to have a good holiday and rest there. Very quiet, a breath of fresh air. It's been two that we come and are each time delighted to be there. very pleasant little village and not far from all amenities
