Kervegan Bihan is a former farm that has been converted into holiday accommodation and is situated in about 1.25 acres, surrounded by farmland and small woods. The property comprises four houses, two detached and two semi-detached; parts of which are reputed to date back to the 15th century.

Kervegan Bihan is situated in the beautiful north Brittany countryside, a 4 kilometre drive from the small town of Plouaret. The sandy beaches of St Efflam and St. Michel-en-greve are about 15 minutes away. The Granite Rose coast, with its stunning rock formations, beaches and bays is about 30/35 minutes away and easily reached.

The properties have been tastefully renovated to retain many of the original features, including exposed granite walls, beamed ceilings and huge stone fireplaces. All houses have modern, well equipped kitchens and comfortable furnishings.

Outside is a ten metre, heated, covered swimming pool. Boules pitch and paved basket ball area. Each house has its own private lawned area, barbecue and patio furniture. There is also an extensive shared grassed area for playing.

There is also a large parking area and a shared laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer. (2 euro charge for use of machines). Each house also has its own rotary clothes line.

There are excellent seafood restaurants at Locquirec, Tregastel, Perros-Guirec and other small costal towns as well as other more general restaurants in Lannion and Plouaret.

The detached, former Coach House provides accommodation for seven people.

The ground floor features a separate lounge, with a wood burning stove, and a combined kitchen/dining area which includes gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, micro-wave and other small kitchen appliances.

Also on the ground floor are a double and twin bedded rooms, plus a bathroom with an over-bath shower and toilet. There is a three bedded room (a double and a single bed) on the first floor. Headroom in this room restricted at its lower end althought here is full headroom at the other end. It is probably more suitable for younger people.
