Three houses that enjoy the calm and authenticity of old family homes in this part of the country. Situated in Languedoc at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, the residence is located in the countryside, close to the Roman Narbonne and near the beaches. Former winery of the 19th century, the area is composed of several buildings and offers three independent houses for rent.

Narbonne, the crossroads of Southern Europe is ideally situated for visiting our region rich in culture and natural landscapes.

Each house is independent of the others on the property, and has its own private terrace and garden. The large swimming- pool ( 12X6 DDASS standards ) away from buildings, ensures moments of calm and relaxation in summer.

The houses are comfortably furnished with a mixture of past and present furniture and are equipped with TV / LCD , DVD player , WIFI , washing machine , dryer , dishwasher , microwave ... Sheets are provided and included in the price . Pets are allowed with owner's consent . We lend baby equipment (cot, high chair).

L’Oustalet - House of 110 m2, labeled 3 ears « Gites de France », it is scheduled for 3 to 6 people maximum.

3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), 2 WC,

A large living room of 40 m2 with fireplace on the ground floor, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, kitchen.

The house is equipped with central heating for winter, and in summer you can enjoy the terrace with garden table, barbecue and private garden with sun loungers, hammock and swing.
