Lovely modern gite in a peaceful location, ideally situated just a 2 min stroll to the beach. The property is situated on the cap Frehel peninsular, this coast line is truly magnificent and steeped in history. The gite is only 30 mins from Dinard, Dinan and St Malo.
The property comprises a lounge-kitchen which is fully equipped for all your needs and the lounge has a sofa bed and fold away table and chairs, TV with English channels, books and games and outside a large terrace with garden furniture to enjoy a bbq or just sit and relax and soak up the beautiful weather.
The village has a boulangerie and 3 restaurants and only a 3 min drive to the golden beach of sable d'or les pins which offers restaurants cafes, fun bike hire, bouncy castles, casino with entertainment for all the family and a golf course. Only 15 mins drive to the beautiful St cast le Guildo which also boasts lots of fine restaurants, a golf course and fabulous port.

Booking Notes:
A booking form will be sent out or emailed and a 25% deposit to be paid on booking and the balance to paid 1 month before arrival by cheque. We except pounds or euros whichever is easier. Also a bond of £200 to be paid on arrival.
Changeover Day:
Change over day is Saturday and departure is 10 am and arrival 4pm unless otherwise stated. We are quite flexible.
Notes on prices:
Prices can vary depending on availability
A deposit of 25% when making the booking and then the balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival unless otherwise stated.
