Downtairs Accommodation
The house has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with traditional style Normandy rural furnishings to suit the house, all of which go to provide a great deal of warmth and comfort during your visit. There is a TV/video.
The ground floor comprises a fitted modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, all utensils and electrical appliances, such as coffee maker, toaster etc. Please note there is no dishwasher or washing machine as the waste water would end up untreated in the river.
There is a 40ft living room and dining area with a large open fireplace, quarry tiled flooring and rugs. A shower room and separate toilet are located on the ground floor with plenty of hot water.
Upstairs Accommodation On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: one twin with 2 large beds, one single and the main double bedroom which has access to a minstrel gallery with library that overlooks the living room below.

There are no end of activities to amuse both adults and children within 10 mins drive of the property. These include tennis courts, swimming pools, golf at Saint Saens, fishing, mountain bike riding, water skiing, horse riding, and working farms museums.
Special Rental Conditions
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A £150 refundable Damage Deposit is to be paid to me by cheque. This will be ripped up unless any damage or breakage has been reported, in which case the cheque will be cashed.
BOOKING ALTERATIONS: Obviously there are occasions when a change in circumstances necessitates an alteration to a holiday booking. We will do our best to help but cannot guarantee the availability of alternative dates, or the refund of monies paid.
