1 Separate cloakroom/wc.
Kitchen: Cooker, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave.
Separate laundry room downstairs with washing/drying machines, iron/ironing board
Living Room: Large beamed living room with open fireplace and dining area. TV, satellite, internet etc.
All the doors open on to south-west facing terrace, garden and private pool.
Cleaner 4 hours a week. Bed linen and towels not included but can be arranged if required.
Outside:
The house has private entrance with wooden locked gates, courtyard and parking space for 1 car, tiled swimming pool 11m x 5m, barbecue, garden with automatic watering and sprinklers and all weather full size table tennis table. Plenty of garden furniture and sunbeds. Shaded sitting areas.
Coast/Beach:
Within a 15 minute drive are some of the most attractive public and private beaches on the French Riviera well-known for its warm weather and beautiful sights, from Monaco to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, St Tropez and beyond, all accessible either by easy drive on A8 motorway or by boat.
Travel :
International airport Nice Cote d'Azur, approximately 15 km away. Daily flights from the UK with BA & easyJet, from New York on Delta etc. Airport transfer by taxi. Car hire is recommended. Frequent buses from Nice & Cagnes sur Mer to the village. The local train station is Cagnes sur Mer.
By Car – Roads and autoroutes in France are a pleasure, so driving makes a good alternative to flying – at least you have your own car! From the UK you have the choice of using Eurotunnel or ferry. Once in the South, this property is easily accessed via the A8 motorway.
By Train – Eurostar from London to Paris / high speed TGV service from Paris to Nice. Eurostar directly to Aix en Provence and Marseilles in the summer.
