Rose Cottage is attached to Pond Cottage within the grounds of Chateau Monfreville. The cottage is a pretty barn conversion which sleeps 6 people comfortably.
Upstairs the cottage has one double bedroom & one twin room with a shared bathroom with shower, bath & hand basin. There is a separate loo.
Downstairs is a large open plan lounge area with a wood burning stove and large double day bed suitable to 2 people, a comfortable sofa & armchairs. The cottage has lots of games and books to choose from along with a TV and DVD player.
The dining room leads off from the lounge area & into a fully equipped kitchen with a full size cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. The dining area has a back door which opens onto a covered terraced area for outdoor dining. Private gardens & a BBQ are all inclusive of Pond Cottage.
Within the grounds of the chateau, there is a natural swimming pond, a hot tub, a ping pong table, table football and a shop with the essentials. In the summer months, The Bread Fairy is out & about delivering pastries & French bread to your door every morning.
The cottage is fully double glazed. The rental rates include bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Normandy has a rich & colourful history dating back to the Vikings with beautiful villages, towns & gastronomy to delight the senses, this region of France is an exceptional destination.

A booking is made on receipt of a booking form together with a signed copy of ‘Terms & Conditions’ and a deposit payment of half the balance per week For bookings made within 6 weeks of the start date, full payment is required.
The Euro equivalent to be calculated on day of deposit.
The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before commencement of hire.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy:
30 days notice or longer – 90% refunded
15 – 29 days notice – 50% refunded
14 days or less notice – No refund
We suggest you take out insurance to cover this eventuality.
Arrivals: 4pm. Should you arrive before hand, please let us know.
Departures: Please vacate by 10am.
Leader of party agrees the rules of the natural swimming pond and hot tub. We cannot take responsibility for others.
We cannot accept responsibility for your possessions or personal injury whilst staying at Camp Monfreville.
