This great Breton (Brittany) 18th Century property has been restored to include 3 large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge with a large open log fire and superb oak beams, 2 shower rooms and 2WC’s. The property stands in its own large enclosed grass garden, bordered by large trees which is surrounded by open fields overlooking picturesque rural countryside. 

The stone cottage is a ten minute walk from the village of Tramain where you can find a small shop/bar to get your baguette and croissants for breakfast, then later an aperitif and a game of pool with the friendly locals. You will also find a reasonably priced restaurant with the set menu (4course + wine or cider) for 12 Euros.

Jugon les Lacs is the nearest village and is 5 km from the house. It has a choice of restaurants and bars and you can then walk around the 2 mile lake if you wish. Dinan is a medieval town 15 minutes away with superb restaurants and shops. St Malo’s walled city and le Mont St Michel a must to visit. Beaches are sandy safe and welcoming.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It is big enough for a family room with a cot and an extra inflatable bed.
WC and shower room on the first floor.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM

There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen which includes automatic washing machine and dish washer with large dining table and chairs.
The living room is a large room with oak beams and log fire. There are 3 large sofas and an easy chair giving ample seating to watch the British free view TV and a good choice of Films on DVD to watch if you wish. There is also a large choice of games to keep everyone occupied.

The Damage Deposit will be returned a few weeks after your holiday providing there are no expenses to deduct from it.
