Parc St Vincent offers 4 different types of self catering accommodation set in a relaxing retreat for those who want to escape the bustle of their normal routines. Found in the picturesque countryside of Lot et Garonne in the middle of the wine region between the Périgord and Bordelais.
In the summer we offer a safe, friendly, family atmosphere. We have fun on our theme nights, organised family days out, we get involved with fêtes in local villages and still find time to relax by the pool.
Spring and autumn, you can live the laid back French life style while sightseeing, walking round local markets, wine tasting and trying regional cooking in excellent local restaurants.
MOBILES HOMES ACCOMMODATION:
(2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen with cooker & fridge, shower room, covered terrace.) There is garden furniture & barbeque.
All homes are connected to drinkable main's water, electricity and drains. Bottled gas is provided at each home.
All homes are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery & glassware, cooking utensils, duvets/blankets & pillows.
You need to bring your own sheets & towels or you can hire them from the park. Please reserve when booking your holiday.
The chalets have full heating and are suitable for all year round lets.
The caravan park and individual homes are inspected regularly and follow health and safety regulations.

Local Attractions
From when you arrive at Parc St.Vincent you are in the heart of Guyenne et Gascogne. The region has a reputation for excellent food and wine but also is of great historical interest with a number of castles, bastides, museums and other curiosities open to tourists.
There are sporting and leisure opportunities locally, horse riding at Duras, a tennis court at Lévignac, golf courses at Marmande, Tombeboeuf, Casteljaloux, le château Vigier. There is a lake at Casteljaloux for water sports.
However you choose to spend your holiday, with the activities and attractions available to you, you will have had a holiday to remember.
Special Rental Conditions
All hire periods are from Saturday to Saturday, commencing from 2.00p.m., ending at 10.00a.m. We will take mid week bookings out of season, if there is a home available.
The total cost of the holiday must be paid in full, 1 month before the holiday starts. There are two options of payment:
1. 30% of the total cost of the holiday when booking, with one final payment 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
2. Divide the total cost of the holiday by the amount of month’s left between booking and 6 weeks before the holiday and pay in equal monthly instalments by direct debit or cheque.
We advise you to take out holiday insurance as we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit in the event of a cancellation. We also advise you to take out a holiday medical insurance, as the E111 form only covers 70% reimbursement on some medical care.
