Priivate Holiday Gite with pool in the Perigord Vert, Dordogne, France ~ HIRONDELLE
Located in the Perigord Vert, La Roche Chabrelle is on the edge of the beautiful Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin. It is a peaceful and relaxing location with plenty of countryside to explore. The properties are set on a hilltop with fantastic views, including 3 gites in converted barns near the heated swimming pool and an additional secluded gite situated in the farmhouse with its own private garden. La Roche Chabrelle is set in 5 acres of grounds which include caves and a Troglodyte Dwelling for the French holiday experience with a difference. There are several activities on offer including table tennis, table football and an Internet connection from your own laptop, subject to availability. Nearby, there is also a badminton court and large football pitch. Each gite comes equipped with a games kit to utilise the facilities on site. Children's fishing in a neighbouring pond gives everyone a chance to catch their first fish.
Our Large enclosed Heated Swimming Pool is 12m x 6m with Roman Steps. There is a large patio with decking areas and sunloungers for relaxing relax and enjoying great views over the surrounding countryside.

Special Rental Conditions
Payment schedule:
30% of total cost as deposit on booking. Once the 30% deposit is paid this is not refundable.
70% of total cost + breakage deposit 8 weeks before arrival.
Reservations made more than 8 weeks before arrival should be paid for by sending a cheque with the booking form post-dated 8 weeks before arrival (final payment). A paying in form will also be sent to you by e-mail or post to pay your deposit directly into our bank in the UK. If you are not paying in Sterling then bank transfers or French cheques in Euros are accepted. Alternatively payment can be made in full at the time of booking by Credit Card via PayPal or via Western Union Transfer.
Reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival date should be paid for in full at time of booking.
Please check with the Owners for payment terms for rentals of 4 weeks or more.
