The house has a large living room with open fireplace and a kitchen / dining space on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with separate wc. Outside is a large garden with many rare and exotic shrubs and trees created 30 years ago by the previous owner (Paule).
The cottage is situated on a hill in 2 hectares of land just outsde of the beautiful fishing town of Portbail. Uncrowded sandy beaches are just a 10 minute drive. Peaceful countryside location with great views and a good base to explore the pinsular with over 200km of beautiful coast I line.
