House, located at 57 place de la Désirade Port Grimaud 

Secondary family home, which is rented only from June to September, and preferably for two consecutive weeks (in August).
Pleasant house of 80 m², facing due south, in the lakeside town of Port-Grimaud 3, with the canal at the edge of the garden. 
Possibility of mooring for a maximum boat 10 m.
Included in the maison can be fitted with a child protection barrier.

1 - Fitted kitchen: washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer. Classic filter coffee machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and covered in number
2 - In front of the kitchen, a shower room/ WC
3 - The main living room, equipped with a sofa, table and chairs, storage furniture. Flat / TNT screen TV, Wifi
4 - No air conditioning on the ground floor / electric fan for the living room

Unauthorized animals
To be settled with Katarina (person response from the house) before or on your arrival:
Sheets rental and towels: 25 € / week per bedroom. 
Cleaning 1 time a week 60 € compulsory

Entrance and Parking
Private parking, 1 place, opposite the house.
For additional vehicles there are several paid parking at the entrance to PG3 (possible week subscription)
The speed inside the city is reduced, the wild parking is prohibited and very quickly noticed.
There is an automatic barrier to pass before arriving in place of the Désirade, we entrust you, with the keys of the house, the case necessary for its opening.

Important DETAILS
PG3 is guarded, security station exist on main Entrance.
They are there to help you and give you all the information and ensure calm on PG3
Subsidious/guarding provided by the Vigils 24 hours a day
Shops 100 m from the house, on SPOERRY square, baker, mini-supermarket, bar..
restaurants: French, Italian ..
In the canals, water-cars pass every 20/30 minutes to go to PG1 (historic center, church, center, shops..)
We will provide you with free water stamp tickets for the rental.

BOAT RENTING: NEWDREAM
Our boat can be rented through the concierge .
It ensures the support, service, monitoring, maintenance and inventory at the end of the rental
Reduced rate according to the number of days of rental 
The boat is then available in front of the house
