Winter lets may incur a heating charge. (it is fully central heated with under flooring)
Saturday to Saturday bookings during peak summer weeks, arriving at 5pm and departing by 10.am.
No Pets allowed.
A deposit of 30% will confirm your booking along with receipt of the booking form.
The remaining balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday.
A breakage deposit of 500€ required, this is payable at the time of the remaining balance.
Property to be left clean and tidy on departure.
