Guests will enjoy the wonderful surroundings views over the valley and Chateau, spacious mature gadens and a lovely 10 X 5 metre private heated salt swimming-pool surrounded by wooden decking.
The beautiful, mature gardens offer many places to sit with a glass of wine or an al fresco meal. 

The property consists of two living areas with their own sitting rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Tranquil, secluded, panoramic views, private 10 x 5m swimming pool, spacious living areas and gardens, gamesroom, dvds. Two fully equipped kitchens and living rooms. Many outside eating areas. Large games room with ping-pong, darts and 4 bicycles.

Pool has large deck and beautiful views over the countryside. Lovingly restored farmhouse and tasteful contemporary barn conversion sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms. The countryside is designated as a national park with many beautiful walks. 

The farmhouse and barn are let as one property during high season but please ask about discounts for smaller parties outside of July and August.

For cooler months there are 2 woodburners with wood cut for use and 4 small electric (oil) radiators.

There is plenty to explore in this picturesque area, including a designated national park, great walks, fishing, kayaking and water sports close-by at Rouffiac and a new water park at Limoges. The nearest town Jumilhac-Le-Grand has a fairy-tale château, a great restaurant, a very convenient supermarket, garage and open-air swimming pool.

Saturday in season, out of season open to negotiation. Arrive after 3.30PM Leave by 10AM. House to be left in acceptable condition. Any damages to be identified and compensation to be discussed with owner.
