Old Stone Village 3 bedroom House with Pool located in Servies-en-Val - Aude, which boasts wonderful views out across the valley, across the vineyards, towards the Corbières hills. The property benefits from two living rooms, one in the house, the other in the terraced garden by the pool. The pool is a large plunge pool, 2m x 5m and 1.3m deep, with the most fabulous views for guests to enjoy. The pool/garden is set across the road from the house but self-contained with its own kitchenette/bathroom/toilet, huge living room and outside dining terrace - 5/6 persons

The property is fitted out in various period pieces of furniture and lamp fittings, to give a cosy and homely feel. The modern kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances, fan-assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. If one of your favourite items is missing in the kitchen, we'll kindly supply one the next day.

The first two bedrooms, single (130) and double (160), share the main bathroom, which also features a bath.

The third bedroom (140) features it's own en-suite bathroom, together with an outside terrace, offering amazing views.

The dining room/salon, although compact, is compensated by a huge salon across the road, looking out to the pool and terraces.
