Villa Estelle is a wonderful newly renovated family villa with 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 9 people (4 adults and 5 children). This charming property has been recently renovated in a modern style with Scandinavian touches, ideally located in Roquefort les Pins just a 20 minute drive from Nice and only a 5 minute drive from the picturesque village of Valbonne. 

The villa is also within walking distance to a local bakery, organic convenience store and butcher.
In the village there is also a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacies and other things you may need.

Accommodation:

On the ground floor there is a large newly renovated open kitchen / dining room that opens up to a covered terrace where you have a view of the pool and the garden which has several hundred year old olive trees.
Bedroom 1 with a double bed, a spacious entrance hall and a WC with shower and a laundry room are also on this floor.

The living room is on the first floor along with three bedrooms. There is air conditioning in all four bedrooms as well as the living room.
Bedroom 2, double bed 180cm
Bedroom 3, double bed 160cm
Bedroom 4, a bunk bed with two 90cm mattresses, and a pull-out bed with a mattress of 90cm.

On this floor there is also a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
The living room and bedroom 2 open up to a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. An office corner is also on this floor as well as a small gym with exercise bike, weights and yoga mat.

Outdoors there are covered terraces, perfect for summer dinners overlooking the pool & garden.
In the garden there are several wonderfully beautiful hundred year old olive trees and a playground for the children with trampoline, swings and a playhouse.
(For small children there is also a child travel cot & high chair to borrow)

"5/5 Wonderful villa, exceptional service!
We are a family with two young children, and enjoyed this villa, not just a holiday house, but a place where real people live year-round, and one can really feel that. The kitchen is large, light, well-equipped. The living room is cosy and filled with books for adults and children alike. The rooms are convenient and there are lots of toys for children. The terraces are perfect for long evenings with friends (we had three friends coming over for a short stay, which we could easily accommodate in the third room and the couch-bed). The swimming pool was on point. The garden was filled with fresh tomatoes and other vegetables, toys for the kids, a trampoline, a playhouse, and the olive trees bring shade on the warmest hours. The villa is situated in a residential area close to Villeneuve-Loubet, and this means Nice (20’), Cannes (30’) and Grasse are only a “let’s go” away. The owners could always be contacted, the communication (even in this uncertain summer of COVID-19) was always elegant and pleasurable. Little problems were taken seriously and fixed by all means. The accommodation is not cheap, but it was value for money."

"5/5 - Perfect retreat in the South of France
We were looking for a relaxing getaway that was near the coast and suitable for small children. This place was perfect. Great accommodations for really anything you need. The kitchen has it all. Isolated bedrooms for children’s naps. And a pristine swimming pool to relax and play in. And when the children are up, a trampoline, swing set, and tons of toys to keep them busy! And the location is great. Just the right distance from tons of beaches, as well as many old villages to visit such as Valbonnes and Gourdon. And the local village has everything you need as far as commerce, including a great cake place for special occasions. Truly a great holiday and we are thankful for the great communication and recommendations from Lisa, who is an excellent host! We’d definitely recommend."

"5/5 - We had a lovely time in Lisa's house and would highly recommend it - especially for families with kids who love being outdoors enjoying the lovely garden and pool. Our kids (6 and 4 years) ran out the second they woke up and always found an activity that kept them occupied for quite some time - be it the little playhouse and swings in the back garden or the swings and pool in the front. The yard being fenced and the pool having a security made us feel even more comfortable. Lisa and her husband were both very easily accessible with any request and came back within minutes. Also they offered a very comprehensive reader with tipps for the region, which we highly appreciated. Roquefort-les-Pins has everything you need for daily life such as an Intermarché supermarket, pharmacy and a very good bakery. For Ice Cream and some cobble-stone strolling, Valbonne is only 10 minutes away by car and really worth the trip - very lovely little town. Many thank to Lisa and her husband for making us feel very welcome. We definitely plan to come back."
