Vieux Mirou property, located in Valeilles, near the Lot-et-Garonne and Tarn-et-Garonne border, features multiple gîtes.
This combination of its 2 gîtes, Maison de Ferme and Chez Amis, accommodates 20 people in 9 bedrooms and 8 shower rooms. Two cots and high chairs are also available. Guests can enjoy private access to BOTH swimming pools, their patios and terraces.
*Note that the third gîte may occupied by the Owners, however all outdoor spaces and gîte entrances are separate and private.

It is possible for a large group to dine all together both indoors and outdoors. The largest space for indoor dining is in Maison de Ferme where up to 20 can dine, using the indoor table of 10, and bringing in the outdoor table to seat another 10. The additional kitchen table in the adjacent open plan kitchen can seat another 6.
Both gîtes’ kitchens feature gas hobs, electric ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, and large fridge/freezers, as well as small appliances and ample crockery.
There is fibre internet, and both gîtes have television. There are washing machines and basic cleaning supplies on site.
In total there are 9 bedrooms (5 doubles and 4 twins), and 8 shower rooms.
Maison de Ferme features a ground floor double bedroom with ensuite, and two double bedrooms on its first floor, one of those with an ensuite. There are also two twin bedrooms on the first floor, one of those with ensuite. There is a sofa bed in an open mezzanine area, and an additional separate shower room on the first floor.
Chez Amis features 2 double bedrooms on its ground floor, one with ensuite. There are two twin bedrooms on its first floor, one with ensuite. 2 more shower separate shower rooms are available in Chez Amis. There is an additional single bed available on an open mezzanine area.
Pets are welcome with prior consent.
Outdoors :
The larger of the two pools measures 12 x 8m and is outside of Chez Amis. This pool is alarmed. Its patio is equipped with sun loungers, a café table, and a barbecue. To the side is a gravelled terrace with a wooden dining table seating 8, with other comfortable outdoor seating.
The smaller of the pools measures 9 x 4m and is fenced and alarmed. It can be accessed from Maison de Ferme, and also has its own gravelled terrace with dining table and barbecue.
Another small partially shaded seating area features artificial grass, great for babies or small children to play. At Maison de Ferme, there is also table tennis, and other games on site such as boules and board games. There is also some seating in front of Maison de Ferme, where you can enjoy the rambling roses and sunny courtyard.
There is ample parking in the shared driveway.

Vieux Mirou is off a road that runs between Penne d’Agenais and Montaigu-de-Quercy. Heading for Penne d’Agenais takes you to the River Lot and activities such as fishing, canoeing and boat hire. Heading towards Montaigu-de-Quercy takes you into the heart of the rolling Quercy countryside, with a large range of crops including sunflowers, cereals, and grape vines.
Heading to the north you will find a number of castles: Biron and Bonaguil, and you will find other ruins as you travel.
This is the country of bastide villages – fortified hilltop villages, and within easy reach of Vieux Mirou. You can wander the medieval streets of Pujols. Lauzerte, Tournon d’Agenais, and Villeréal for example.
Historic Cahors is the gateway to cave country, and guests can visit a number of caves in its natural limestone landscape including Pech Merle, and the world-famous Lascaux cave paintings.
