Charming, detached Charente Maritime holiday rental cottage with private heated pool, set in the fishing village of Mortagne Sur Gironde. Mortagne is host to a supermarket, bakers, butchers, bank, bar/tabac and tourist information. The beaches of Meschers are only 15 mins away. Other attractions worth visiting include the Zoo at La Palmyre and the Aquarium in La Rochelle. Local activities include Golf and numerous watersports. The area is wonderful for biking and walking!
The Cottage is ideally placed in a peaceful location, yet just a 10-15 min walk to the port where you will find restaurants and the Marina. The property comprises a large garden with a fantastic built-in barbecue and terrace perfect for alfresco dining, whilst enjoying the superb views overlooking the fields and vineyards.

No additional charge will be made for heating the pool this has been included in the total price.
Winter lets will be charged for use of electricity and water. Discounts available for long winter lets.
Saturdays arrival after 4pm. Departure before 10am. Please ensure you leave the house clean and tidy as you would expect to find it.
25% deposit on confirmation of booking. Booking form to be completed and returned with deposit.
Balance due 8 weeks before arrival date.
£200 refundable (subject to a satisfactory inspection) security deposit to be paid when full balance is required.
